Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all purchases—one‑time, subscription, promotional, or otherwise—made through Raising The Bar App Ltd. (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below, which form a binding legal agreement in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Money-Back Guarantee (where advertised)

A Money-Back Guarantee applies only when expressly stated at checkout. To qualify for a full refund, all of the following requirements must be met:

If you are a consumer residing in the UK or EU, you may have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / Directive 2011/83/EU to withdraw from a digital‑content contract within 14 days of purchase unless you have begun downloading, streaming, or otherwise accessing the paid features. By logging in or commencing your program you expressly waive this withdrawal right.

  4. Attach any relevant screenshots, usage logs, or screen recordings that support your claim.

We may request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in automatic denial.
